The role As it continues to grow rapidly, MotorK is seeking an experienced, highly energetic and motivational Team Leader.

We do that in a Lean way, using Kanban to represent our workflow while we're using Scrum as an agile framework.
Requirements Previous significant hands-on experience in a Software Engineering role Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Lean practices such Kanban/Kaizen Experienced in working in an environment that promotes a DevOps mindset, Continuous Integration and Delivery Knowing how to motivate and led highly performant teams Commercial experience with PHP frameworks such as Symfony and Laravel, experience with NodeJS and Vue.JS is a plus Strong Software Engineering skills, strong SW Design capabilities, fluent on practices and principles Strong English communication skills (both spoken and written) Responsibilities Lead a team of 3-5 engineers Participate in the day to day coding Providing reports and insight to management - plan and track project progress using Agile metrics and estimation Build relationships between technical teams and stakeholders, and increase collaboration and facilitate better communication Monitor our teams productivity, and drive to uphold and improve our ways of working, engineering principles and practices Manage employee career and development plans for talents in your team Support hiring and talent development Benefits Work pattern and location 40 hours a week, Permanent Contract Monday to Friday Hybrid Office based in Milan Benefits Meal Vouchers (€7 per working day) Individual training paths Opportunity to develop and move within the company National and international mobility options Yearly team activities Food canteen at the office What you can expect from the recruitment process: HR interview Hiring manager interview Technical interview C-level interview MotorK is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Prohibits Discrimination and Harassment of Any kind.
