Requirements Previous significant hands-on experience in a Software Engineering role Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Lean practices such Kanban/Kaizen Have a bias for action and a customer-centric approach Experienced in working in an environment that promotes a DevOps mindset, Continuous Integration and Delivery Track Record of proven people management experience focused on developing and growing people. Giving feedback and performance management.
