RequirementsPrevious significant hands-on experience in a Software Engineering roleDeep understanding of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Lean practices such Kanban/KaizenHave a bias for action and a customer-centric approachExperienced in working in an environment that promotes a DevOps mindset, Continuous Integration and DeliveryTrack Record of proven people management experience focused on developing and growing people.
