This role will involve developing and implementing predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance strategies, aiming to improve plant efficiency, reduce maintenance costs, and support operational teams in continuous improvement efforts. The site, with around 150 employees, features a 6-line roll converting department for toilet paper, kitchen paper, and industrial rolls, along with a product storage warehouse. By leading the technical team, including Process Engineers, the Technical Leader will drive improvements in plant performance, safety, and efficiency while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

What will you do: Define and implement maintenance strategies (predictive, preventive, and corrective) for all equipment in the Converting area.Manage and guide Process Engineers and technicians, ensuring alignment between technical processes and operational goals.Support teams in developing technical skills according to the individual skill matrix.Manage the spare parts warehouse, ensuring proper stock levels and resource optimization.Ensure compliance with Safety, Hygiene, and Environmental regulations, promoting an active safety culture.Manage the maintenance budget, monitoring expenses, and keeping costs aligned with the budget.Implement new projects and continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with suppliers and contractors.Use SAP-PM for maintenance management, cost control, and data updates.Lead the team in predictive equipment analysis and resolve chronic issues using problem-solving techniques (Fishbone, Why-Why).Participate in and lead weekly and daily meetings for problem resolution and activity planning.Who you are: 5+ years of experience in roles such as Technical Leader, Maintenance Leader, Process Leader, or similar, preferably in multinational companies in the industrial manufacturing sector.In-depth knowledge of maintenance systems (predictive, preventive, corrective).Strong skills in planning, organization, and priority management.Proficiency in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) methodology is a plus.Knowledge of 5S – Visual Workplace and SMED methodology is a plus.Fluent in both English and Italian, both written and spoken.Experience using SAP-PM or similar.Inspiring and motivational leadership abilities.Open and consistent communication with the team, with the ability to provide constructive feedback.Strong team-oriented mindset and focus on achieving results.Resilience, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead cultural changes.Application End Date:30 ott 2024
