As Quality Technician will be responsible in validating and testing new products in the field of automotive aftermarket, guaranteeing the NRF quality standard.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO AS A QUALITY TECHNICIAN?
Responsible for the product verification phase. Responsible for periodic quality checks. Responsible for the product verification phase Responsible for managing complaints with customer service department (warranties and commercial returns). Responsible for resolving technical issues for customers and NRF colleagues. Conduct technical inspections of products to ensure compliance with technical documentation, proper functioning, and quality workmanship. Manage the entire warranty and return process with customers. Supervise and control the maintenance and cleaning of equipment and facilities. Provide technical support to customers. Offer phone assistance on relevant mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues. WHAT DO YOU BRING AS A QUALITY TECHNICIAN?
Qualifications in the field of automotive mechanics or an academic degree in automotive engineering or equivalent. Experience related to mechanical/electronic manufacturing. Fluent communication skills in English. Proficient in in Office package. ABOUT THE TEAM
