Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related field. A postgraduate degree in renewable energy or solar technologies is preferred. Minimum of 5 years' experience in the photovoltaic energy industry, with proven experience in the development and execution of large-scale photovoltaic projects. Deep knowledge of design, engineering, and operation principles of photovoltaic systems, as well as associated technologies and equipment. Experience in project management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management. Excellent communication skills and ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams. Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex technical problems. Knowledge of safety and quality regulations and standards applicable to photovoltaic systems. Fluency in English and Italian both written and spoken. Other languages are a plus. Availability to travel as required by project needs.
