Hosting-oriented services suitable for both those who are just starting out and those who need advanced plans to grow their business.We are looking for a Technical Customer Support - Shift Workert o join our team.The ideal candidate is experienced with Linux and has some experience with server management and network services.He/she is a team player, has strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
RoleInstall, admin and manage current infrastructure, both hardware and software Maintain current infrastructure also through new solutions to keep high standards of efficiency and performance Manage emergenciesMake the technical assistance to final customers through trouble ticket Write down the technical documentationRequirements: Control panels cPanel/WHM and PleskBasic hardware components and experience with hardware of server classLinux systems (CentOS/RHEL distributions preferred)Adminstration and troubleshooting of most common services (Server web, email, DNS, database) Analysis and management of TCP/IP Able to wirte technical documents and familiar with command line interface and server scripting A plus will be:Experience in the analysis and the software development of one or more than one of the following codes: PHP, Python, Perl, Javascript Experience in virtualizationExperience in Windows server administration English fluency is also highly recommended
