We are looking for a Technical Consultant to join our team at a dynamic, high growth B2B technology company!
Centric Software specializes in technology innovations for the fashion, retail, apparel & footwear industry, fast moving consumer goods (FMCG), and high-fashion market outdoor to help them design, develop and bring their best products to market.
This position will report to the Italian Technical Team Manager, Customer Success.
Responsibilities: Size and setup customer environment based on microservice architecture.
Analyze the technical requirements, transpositions, and implementation of technical solutions.
Standard and advanced Centric PLM configuration.
System integrations (ESB, ERP, DAM, PIM).
Develop technical documentation.
Conduct technical trainings for customers and partners.
Qualifications: Bachelor/Master's degree in IT preferred.
Minimum 1 year experience in a similar technical role.
Good confidence and experience working on Cloud technologies.
Excellent time management and organization skills.
Available to travel and work on customer sites and remotely.
Experience with Agile deployment methodologies.
Nice to have: experience with Publisher/Subscriber design pattern, Docker, Rancher, Kubernetes, and REST API.
Proficient in MS Office.
Familiarity with Confluence & Jira.
