Technical Consultant, Customer Success

Professional Services - North Italy, Remote, Italy - Full Time We are looking for a Technical Consultant to join our team at a dynamic, high growth B2B technology company!
Centric Software specializes in technology innovations for fashion, Retail, Apparel Footwear Industry, fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) and High-Fashion market outdoor to help them design, develop and bring their best products to market.
This position will report to the Italian Technical Team Manager, Customer Success.
Responsibilities: Size and Setup customer environment based on microservice architecture Analyze the technical requirements, transpositions, and implementation of technical activities like: Standard and advanced Centric PLM configuration System Integrations (ESB, ERP, DAM, PIM) Develop technical documentation Provide technical training to customers and partners Qualifications: Bachelor/Master's degree in IT preferred Minimum 1 year experience in a similar technical role Good programming language skills: Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node, React Good DB programming language skills: PL-SQL, T-SQL Confidence and experience working on Cloud Fluent in English Excellent time management and organizational skills Available to travel and work on customer sites and remotely Experience with Agile deployment methodology Nice to have: experience with Publisher/Subscriber design pattern, Docker, Rancher, Kubernetes, and REST API Proficient in MS Office Familiarity with Confluence Jira What we offer you: Competitive salary and excellent bonus package International travel Multifaceted job with a high degree of responsibility and a broad spectrum of opportunities Modern, international work environment with a dedicated and motivated team Work environment built on collaboration, flexibility, and respect Centric Software provides equal employment opportunities to all qualified applicants without regard to race, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, color, age, religion, protected veteran or disability status, or genetic information.
