As an important part of the sales team, you support the European Sales Managers with your technical and data-related expertise. It's important to note that this role is part of the sales process, but doesn't involve acquiring or growing sales directly. Instead, it serves as the technical counterpart to the sales team. In this context, you identify TecRMI data solutions that drive the business and use cases of the customers.

Your role in Customer Account & Project Management
Manage customer system accounts, including access provisioning and backend administration
Monitor user accounts and coordinate with the sales team
Support sales in identifying customer use cases and developing solutions
Create and manage project descriptions, translate technical requirements, and documentation into "customer language"
Provide high-level technical consulting and integration support, with knowledge of APIs (REST, SOAP, GraphQL) and frontend frameworks
Key User for internal systems, I.e. Dynamics 365
Your profile:
Proactive in addressing customer requests and challenges by documenting technical requirements and translating technical documents into customer-friendly language.
Experience in a similar role
Basic technical knowledge of APIs (REST, SOAP, GraphQL) and frontend frameworks
Experienced with CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
Fluent in English, any other European language is a plus
Interested in the automotive aftermarket with an understanding of its actors and business models
