For the Quality & Compliance Staff of IMA SpA, we are looking for a TECHNICAL COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST .
The Quality & Compliance Staff is responsible for providing advice and support to the divisions' technical departments in the interpretation and analysis of the technical aspects of regulations.

JOB SUMMARY To study and interpret the technical aspects of regulations for the export and import to third countries of machines/equipment and their related components; To study and analyze regulations related to the safety of automatic machines, to proceed with the writing of regulations in the Safety area and the updating of internal guidelines; Support in the field the activities of the Safety Engineer figures of the various Business Units of the Group for consulting activities in the area of Technical Compliance.
MUST HAVE Bachelor's/Master's degree in a Technical field (e.g., Energy, Environmental, Management Engineering); Approximately 4-5 years' experience in similar product standardization/safety roles; Accuracy skills, strong interest, and predisposition to study and deepen technical regulations; Good knowledge of both written and spoken English language; Willingness to potentially travel to different Group locations in the province of Bologna for short/medium-term periods.
NICE TO HAVE Coming from companies in the automatic machinery sector, or generally from production engineering fields; Excellent communication-relational skills, propensity for dialogue, and working with diverse teams.
