Responsibilities:Manage the full commissioning process for mission-critical projects in electrical, mechanical, and control systems, ensuring reduced risk and predictable completion for clients. Act as the point of contact (POC) for all commissioning activities. Ensure alignment with safety plans, including PTW, SSOW, and LOTO systems.
Key Duties:Define scope, provide clear direction, and ensure execution meets internal best practices.Implement lean management principles to streamline processes and maximize productivity.Lead the commissioning process (L1-L5) from planning to handover, ensuring equipment and systems are completed per schedule.Develop and manage commissioning plans, roles, responsibilities, and documentation.Work collaboratively with stakeholders (internal teams, clients, contractors) to drive the commissioning process.Set milestones and start-up sequences, ensuring commissioning goals are met.Coordinate with QA/QC teams and manage safe energization programs.Use data-driven decisions, manage paperwork, and ensure compliance.Provide technical writing for scripts, deliverables, and reports.Chair daily meetings, address deltas, and oversee testing documentation.Technical:Strong background in MEP commissioning, power quality, TAB, and control system integration (PLC, BMS, SCADA, EPMS). Expertise in data center systems (switchgear, UPS, generators, HVAC, control systems, etc.).
Other:Willingness to travel extensively across Europe. 10/4 work rotation with housing and transportation support.
