As a Completions & Commissioning Manager, you will be part of the quality and commissioning team, ensuring projects are coordinated and managed through mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, and handover phases. You will lead high-performing teams to deliver predictable results, managing mission-critical facility commissioning across diverse sectors.

Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Control Systems, etc.) with 5+ years of experience.Extensive commissioning experience, especially with MEP systems and mission-critical facilities (data centers, oil & gas, etc.).Project Management Certification.Strong leadership and team management skills.In-depth knowledge of QA/QC and commissioning processes. Preferred Qualifications:Master's degree.Professional Engineer certification. Soft Skills:Strong communication and leadership skills.Problem-solving, commercially astute, and adept at managing scope changes.Client-facing and able to maintain positive relationships under project pressure. Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end commissioning process for mission-critical electrical, mechanical, and controls infrastructure projects.Ensure safety adherence (LOTO, PTW, SSOW).Define scope and manage the entire commissioning strategy (L1-L5) for predictable handover.Collaborate with stakeholders and manage daily planning, testing, and milestones.Identify and mitigate completion risks.Oversee vendor/contractor management and ensure efficient commissioning practices.Develop commissioning packages, manage documentation, and optimize systems turnover.Provide hands-on leadership to achieve commissioning goals. Electrical Systems Completion Engineer/Manager:Experience in commissioning electrical systems (HV/MV/LV), power distribution, UPS, generators, switchgear, control systems (EPMS, SCADA), and electrical protection systems.Knowledge of electrical engineering principles, substation infrastructure, and fire/security systems.Ability to manage energization programs and ensure compliance with standards. Mechanical Systems Completion Engineer/Manager:Experience in commissioning mechanical/piping systems, HVAC, chiller systems, and fuel transfer systems.Understanding of TAB, air handling, and CRAC/CRAH systems.Ability to manage mechanical completion, piping systems, and control systems (BMS, SCADA).
