For our Anagni production site, we are looking for a **Technical Business & Proposal Manager**.
**The role**:
- Acts as the key point of contact for CPS and end customers (existing and new) working within the site and ensure a superior level of communication occurs between all the parties.
- Participates in the project teams for the introductions of new products at the facility
- Leads the post-transfer site team to ensure that the CPS and the end customers enquiries are timely processed until positive conclusion.
- Leads and coordinates the end customers and CPS meeting and visits to review the relevant activities at the site.
- Works with site team to implement cost effective practices and processes.
- Works as an integral member of the European business team, working closely with Contract Management & Commercial Operations, GM, NPI, supply chain director, customer service, and BD team to identify and pursue current fiscal year revenue opportunities with existing end customers.
Supports Contract Management & Commercial Operations in developing delivery of budgeted customer revenue numbers for a site through participation in the site and executive S&OP processes
- Cooperates with Contract Management & Commercial Operations, Legal, Finance, BDT and Operations to prepare and negotiate commercial contracts for targeted end customers
- Provides support to BD and/or Contract Management & Commercial Operations members, during negotiations with end customers, on the technical content of proposals
- Supports Contract Management & Commercial Operations in tracking commercial supply agreements to ensure capture of relevant provisions and technical relevant changes (e.g.
fees, price increase, KPIs, forecasts)
- Cooperates with BD and/or Contract Management & Commercial Operations to execute new contracts
- Collaborates with the Technical Proposal Coordinator function and provides appropriate oversight in preparation of the scope, of the technical and costing part of the new quotations for CPS/end customers
- Leads in the RoFo analysis, working closely with Contract Management & Commercial Operations, CPS Customer Service and the Site team
- Supports Contract Management & Commercial Operations and Legal, in preparing the negotiations for the contract renewals with end customers
- Participates in the global and regional initiatives and projects, leading when requested
- Bachelor's and Master degree in science (biologics, pharmacy, chemistry, biotechnology, chemical engineering)
- Relevant experience in pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing, quality, technical project management, business management, business development
- Relevant industry knowledge of drug product and biologics development, analytical research and development, project scale-up, product manufacturing, quality, validations, and regulatory
- Analytical, financial skills, business acumen
- Superior customer services skills and professional demeanour
