Technical Business Management Support (Maternity Leave Replacement)

Work Schedule Standard (Mon-Fri) Environmental Conditions Office Job Description Purpose of the position/responsibilities The Technical Business Manager support will support the business management team with commercial clients in order to improve client service and satisfaction in the overall best interest of Patheon.
Specific assignments/primary activities: Technical business manager team support by preparing slides and meetings, escorting clients, managing change control and systems, preparing quotes, and performing other support activities as requested.
Support with back office activities.
Support to meet revenue targets and ensure contractual compliance in specific tasks assigned; support to identify the best solution for clients.
GMP Health Safety: Ensure cGMP is applied in the work area; understands emergency procedures and safe systems of work.
They are aligned with all EHS requirements and observe safety behavior in the working environment.
Relations: Internally they relate with all company functions; externally with existing clients.
Requirements and qualifications: Education: University Degree in Engineering, Science, Finance, and/or Business required.
Technical skills: Solid understanding of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) required.
Professional experiences: Preferably 6 months to 1 year experience in project management, account management, sales, or marketing with internal or external client-facing responsibilities.
Languages: Work proficient in Italian and English.
Personality skills: Good analytical thinking and business-oriented.
Good capability to build and maintain relationships internally and with customers.
Good team worker, but also capable of working autonomously and with a proactive approach.
