MSX is looking for a young and bright graduate in Engineering (or with a Diploma of mechanics) to be assigned to the Authority activities to assist one of our key customers, a leader in mobility solutions. The role: Our new Technical Authority Specialist will support the network of dealers and workshops of our customers, transferring the correct information in the Authority system related to the handling of claims.
Responsibilities include: Authorize the maintenance/repair quotation submitted by the network, according to Authority procedures.Verify from a technical and administrative point of view the correspondence of maintenance/repair claims submitted by the network according to Authority procedures.Handle all the maintenance/repair claims, verifying the labor timings requested by the network are aligned with the repair/damage and the discounts on spare parts are in accordance with contractual conditions.Verify the documents attached are correct and complete, in order to have all the useful elements for the evaluation of claims.About you: We would love to welcome a new colleague with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Engineering Bachelor or Master degree or Diploma of Mechanics (Mechanics, Electronics, Automotive, etc.);Teamworking skills;Initiative and independence;Interpersonal skills;Results orientation;A flexible yet structured and logical approach;Ability to handle multiple tasks, think and plan ahead and build in contingencies;Ability to understand complex information and assess requirements;High level of computer literacy, especially MS Office;Language skills: Italian; English is a plus.Working pattern: Location: RomeHybrid40 hours per weekWhat we offer: We offer professional growth first.
