GENERAL SUMMARY & OVERALL CHALLENGES
This is a key position which provides support to Customers, Sales and Service teams in all forms and medias.
This will include but is not limited in processing and in management of Service request and orders and deployment in order to achieve financial and customer satisfaction objectives (internally and externally).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Accept quotations registering purchase order in SAP; Responsible for purchasing and tracking of the goods on the order.
Use SAP to retrieve customer information, stock status information, the status of purchase orders and to make changes on customer purchase orders
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION
Experience of working with SAP system
3/5 years of working experience within customer care/service office environment
Language Italian and good knowledge of English
Travel (required estimated % of time) 5%
Bachelor Degree preferred
