Purpose of the role: The Technical Account Manager is directly responsible for managing the technical relationship with the customer - creating a good fit between Trivium products and the customer filling process.
This is a customer-oriented team-player and cross-functional team coordination role, working across different functions including commercial, operations, quality, and R&D to deliver strong value-added technical service to the customer.
