Expertise Required:Expertise: Commanding technical skills within the AV industry.Experience: 5 to 10 years in Audio Visual integration and design, in an engineer or sales/project management capacity.Education: A Bachelor's degree in Electronics is highly desirable, or another technical degree.Language: Fluent Italian, and Fluent EnglishCore Responsibilities:Relationship: Foster and manage connections with several technical teams internally, as well as clients.Product: Showcase their latest innovations and their integration benefits.Feedback: Engage in discussions regarding product enhancements or modifications.Research: Spearhead research in specific product groups upon marketing requests.Initiative: Reach out to managers regarding project completions.Project support: Aid consultants/dealers with project or tender support.Hands-on support: Provide troubleshooting assistance in collaboration with our Application Engineers/Technical Services Director.Additional Duties:Training: Deliver technical training on-site for the sales team on your expertise.Attend shows: Participate in dealer shows, trade shows, and other events.Problem Solver: Step in for troubleshooting, RMA, and Driver call logs when challenges persist beyond several entries.Quality Checker: Oversee the translations of our technical documentation when needed.Reporting Tasks: Communicate timelines and outcomes of client visits, on-site troubleshooting, and projects to the relevant parties.Benefits: Skill Enhancement: Access to extensive training programs, both education and certification based.
