Technical Account Manager

What you will do and how you'll make an impact: Conduct the technical operations for our top clients.Provide technical support for new and existing clients by phone and email regarding all technical aspects of the campaigns.Manage all technical issues related to campaign launching and running processes.Facilitate technical integration between internal campaign emission system (RTB House) and client's e-commerce platform.Work closely with our account managers to deliver high standards of customer service.Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns.Propose and implement optimization solutions for online programs.Cooperate with our technical support team from Head Quarter.What we are looking for: At least 5 years of experience in online technology, e-commerce, and/or digital advertising.Experience in using Google Analytics will be an advantage.Strong analytical skills.Good time management skills and attention to detail.Ability to solve problems efficiently.High level of motivation and willingness to learn.Fluency in Italian and advanced command of English (C1 level).Candidate must be Milan-based.We offer the chance to work: A unique opportunity to join a creative, dynamic company in online advertising!
