You, as Tech Sales Support, will be responsible for project management and technical pre-sales activities with a primarily focus on the Industrial End User channel. You will support pre-sales technical activities and help implement our projects.
You will be remotely located ideally in the area of South Lombardy/Emilia Romagna.
In this role, a typical day will look like: Support sales efforts by providing technical expertise on projects Create technical documentation including drawings to support proposals and onsite execution Project management from pre-sales support to demo completion Prepare and execute technical trainings to our account managers The essential requirements of the job include: Engineering degree and electro-mechanical skills. Laser coding expertise will be a plus Minimum of 5 years of field service experience in companies offering technical products. Candidates from coding and marking field would be preferred Highly organized, able to prioritize multiple complex projects with a high sense of urgency and quality Travel >50% of the working days at customers' side.
