This role collaborates with Account Teams, RD, and Services to close sales opportunities and build strong client relationships.
This role is focused on the Europe (ESSA) region, supporting business development and technology transfer initiatives to provide innovative, data-driven solutions that optimize well construction processes.Key Responsibilities:Sales Development:Create and review bid packages.Align Halliburton's capabilities with client needs for profitability.Market Well Construction and DWP solutions.Technical Support:Provide expertise in Well Construction and DWP technology.Prepare and present technical proposals.Analyze well construction performance data for improvements.Train clients on Landmark solutions.Client Management:Build and maintain relationships with key clients.Liaise between clients and RD teams for innovation.Industry Engagement:Participate in industry events and presentations.Highlight innovations through publications.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Petroleum Engineering).8-10 years of Oil Gas industry experience, focusing on Drilling operations.3-5 years of experience with Landmark solutions, including DWP technology.Skills:Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to present technical information clearly.Achievement-oriented with a results-driven mindset.Halliburton is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
