For our Lugano office, we are seeking talented and experienced Senior Engineers with strong expertise in .NET/C# and Microservices to join our team and contribute to exciting and impactful international projects in the Banking/Financial Services sector.
Roles and ResponsibilitiesDeeply understand business requirements and proactively propose innovative solutions to help clients achieve their goals effectively.Develop high-quality software by applying best practices such as TDD, DDD, Clean Code, and SOLID principles to ensure maintainability and excellence.Collaborate with architects to define and develop the best technical solution and robust infrastructure.Drive quality delivery with a strong emphasis on CI/CD pipelines and seamless deployment processes.Ensure top-notch performance, reliability, and scalability of the solutions you build.Qualifications and Technical SkillsBachelor's/Master's Degree, preferably in computer science or engineering.At least 5 years of hands-on experience with C#, .NET, and .NET Core.In-depth knowledge of Microservices Architecture principles and their practical implementation.Solid understanding and application of TDD, Clean Code, and SOLID principles.Experience with DBMS systems like SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or DB2, alongside strong SQL knowledge.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology is a strong advantage.Fluency in both spoken and written Italian and English is mandatory.Location RequirementWe do not offer a fully remote work policy.Candidates should be prepared to relocate to Canton Ticino (Switzerland) or Italian Border Towns (such as Como, Varese, etc.).Work-from-home days may be possible according to the Client's policy.If interested, please apply here!
