In this role, you will support the leadership team while managing the office's day-to-day activities.
You will be at the heart of the company, working with cross-functional departments and ensuring our Milan office runs smoothly.
You will report directly to the General Manager for Italy.
Your key responsibilities will be Assist our growing leadership team with all organizational and administrative tasks.
Contribute to various projects and initiatives across departments.
Be the go-to person for both office staff and field teams in Milan.
Organize and manage appointments, meetings, conferences, and external events with clients, as well as internal sales meetings.
Streamline office processes, optimize workflows, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
Handle day-to-day tasks such as purchase orders, invoices, and liaise with HR, Finance, and IT teams.
Qualifications and skills Completed commercial education, university degree, or comparable qualification.
2-5 years of experience in office management or a related role.
Fluency in English and Country X (both spoken and written).
Proficiency in Windows Office applications, especially PowerPoint.
Key competencies To succeed in this role, you must possess solid organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
Managing your time effectively is critical, as you will be juggling various tasks simultaneously.
A self-starter mentality is essential, enabling you to handle multiple responsibilities independently.
