Job Description

You'll be ensuring the efficient and smooth day-to-day administrative support for the Business Development and Legal Functions, both based in HQ and European subsidiaries. How?
handling sensitive clients and partners communicationspreparation of reports and presentations, ordering office supplies, collaborating in projects  organization of business trips, time, and attendance control, managing of expense reports  writing tender documentation under the guidance of proposal managers, primarily in English handling general tasks related to the commercial register and Ultimate Beneficial Ownerregularly update customer communication systems, Legal Tool and Intranet supporting the onboarding process of new employees 

Qualifications

5 years' experience as administrative assistant or project assistant - preferably within an international matrix organization (industrial environment). Fluent in English and ItalianGood knowledge of MS Office and tendering procedures Experience in organization of meetings/events and in travel/expense management Proactivity, impeccable manners, and effective communication skills complete the profile
