You will work closely with the HR team and the senior management to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that align with the company's goals and culture.
Your main objective will be to attract and hire top talent who share our passion for providing high-quality early years education.Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within Kido Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent from the education management industry Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process Actively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings Conduct regular market research and stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition Develop and maintain relationships with universities, professional organizations, and other talent sources to enhance recruitment efforts Coordinate and conduct job fairs, campus recruitment, and other recruitment events to attract potential candidates Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the education management industry Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other HR software tools Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed to attend recruitment events and meet business needs #J-18808-Ljbffr
