For our IT department in Cologne, Linz am Rhein we are looking for a Team Lead SAP Competence Center (m/f/d) YOUR TASKS: You are responsible for the professional and disciplinary management of a team of 15+ SAP in-house consultants and ensure their continuous development With your team and our DL, you ensure the support and continuous development of our SAP applications. You may be responsible for coordinating and managing (sub)projects in the SAP environment to ensure their successful implementation. You will develop and support a consistent release and run concept and work together with the team on the analysis, optimization and further development of the solutions used in the SAP Core Team. Whether on premise or in the cloud, whether integration, individual development or on the way to S/4 HANA. You enjoy supporting the specialist departments and motivating and coordinating your team. YOUR PROFILE: You have a degree, ideally in business informatics or have completed vocational training with appropriate further qualifications. You have sound team leading skills as well as knowledge of various project methods and specialist knowledge such as ITIL or DevOps As an SAP generalist, you have several years of professional experience with very good knowledge of various SAP modules and in-depth process knowledge You master the balancing act between 'plan, build, run' and time-to-market Your German is at native speaker level, your English skills are good both orally and in writing You are a team player with good organizational skills and the ability to find creative solutions.
