In 2023, we achieved a record-breaking 500,000 completed missions!With 6M raised in our Series A funding round in 2021, and a presence in France, Italy, and Germany, we are targeting new countries for our international growth in the coming years.Role DescriptionFollowing a 10 million euro fundraising, Otoqi aims to structure its sales team composed of 5 people to support growth in Italy and internationally.
The Sales Team Lead will play a key role in managing the team and directly contributing to sales development.Main Responsibilities:Sales & Account Management Team Leadership: Lead, train, and supervise the sales and Account management team in Italy.
Set clear objectives and motivate the team to achieve results.Sales Strategy: Define the sales strategy for the Italian market, in accordance with HQ guidelines, identifying key opportunities and developing targeted actions to maximize sales.Sales Optimization: Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signing, participating in strategic negotiations, and continuously improving team performance.Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the Operations and Customer Success teams to ensure a cohesive commercial approach and guarantee customer satisfaction.
