If you're ready to unleash your creativity and make a lasting impact, join us.Your Responsibilities will include:Lead and mentor our team of instructional designers, organizing workloads, setting priorities, and delivering results;Oversee day-to-day operations, monitor team performance and report on progress;Support the development of corporate learning experiences to improve onboarding, performance, and the growth of employees aligned with the company's vision and values;Create learning solutions for external clients;Manage, curate, and upskill the ID team to assist with development of trainings for INFUSE teams;Effectively communicate with Educational Architect and Head of the Department by proactively sharing key metrics, feedback, and insights;Implement effective evaluation approaches to identify training impact and improvement opportunities;Demonstrate comfort, flexibility, and adaptivity in a fast-paced environment that requires team members to take on a range of responsibilities;Assist with other departmental tasks as needed.What we are looking for in our ideal candidate:Excellent knowledge of learning theories, instructional design models, and impeccable English writing skills;Minimum 3 years of Mid-/Senior-level ID role experience or similar role within LD department;1+ year of experience managing a team;Entrepreneurial, persistent, and resourceful, with the ability to learn quickly;Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships;Highly collaborative spirit;Comfortable with ambiguity;A can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done;Ability to work proactively in an ambitious, fast-growing, and dynamic environment and be OK with adapting to change.If you recognize yourself in this and are up to the challenge, we'd be happy to hear from you!
