We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead Media Sales (m/f/d) to lead and develop the Media Sales Team in Italy.

What you'll do You will be commercially responsible for developing and implementing theItalian Media Sales strategy with focus on car manufacturers, finance and insurance customers.
Successfully negotiate and close annual agency agreements.
You will build and nurture long-term customer relationships with media agencies and advertisers.
Identification of new business opportunities and further development of the Media product portfolio.
What you should bring: Multi-year experience in digital Media Sales, especially in the Automotive sector.
Strong leadership capabilities and experienced in people development.
Structured, goal-oriented thinker with a very good understanding of numbers and technical or process affinity.
Fluent in English.
