Team Assistant - Investment Banking Coverage Team

Description :We are looking for a Team Assistant who can support and provide administrative assistance to the Investment Banking Coverage Team. ResponsabilitiesTeam Assistant is responsible for supporting individuals, teams or departments in the performance of their tasks. Work includes: Producing, editing, proofing and formatting documents, research papers and speeches Ensuring data entry and paper/electronic document filing/archiving Scheduling/coordinating meetings, diaries, and travel arrangements Receiving/relaying telephone messages from internal and external sources Ensuring the smooth day to day running of the assigned business unit Working closely with other administrative support staff to ensure close communication and coordinationAgenda managementManagement of expense reports, absences and attendance and internal authorization procedures for the teamSkills, Education & ExperienceEconomic/Linguistic Studies/Law/ Political and Social Sciences BackgroundFluency in EnglishKnowledge of Microsoft Office toolsOpen to multitaskingSpirit of initiative and problem solvingFlexibility and confidentialityOur values define the working environment we strive to create – diverse, supportive and welcoming of different views.
