As a Team Assistant, you will assume a business support role, taking over administrative, organizational, and office management-related tasks.
You will be a local point of contact for the teams and liaise with employees, judging priorities and ensuring the delivery of a high level of service.
In your new role you will:
- Be responsible for **administrative work **, **travel organization, facility management, **and **team support **of a large department of 80+ colleagues;
- **Support administrative, procurement, and accounting tasks **such as purchasing order (PO), creation and tracking, vendor contact, invoice verification, and processing, investment planning and tracking, asset creation and management;
- Support **office infrastructure management **, **building management **, **facility development, and improvement projects **;
- **Assist colleagues **in procurement processes, shipment and receivable procedures, export control, and customs;
- **Assist the Department manager **s with timely site communications and organizing site access, events and visits.
Your collaborative spirit aligned with your communication and organization skills helps you be the key supporter of the team's needs.
You have a solution-oriented mindset, capable of facing problems with a positive sight.
Moreover, you have a very flexible and proactive approach and a proven ability to collaborate and work effectively with different people across Infineon.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A High School diploma or University degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a similar field of studies;
- At least **1-2 years of work experience **in a similar role;
- Experience in business administration such as vendor management, contracting, bookkeeping, export control, customs, and asset management is appreciated;
- Good knowledge of **Microsoft Office tools **, and SAP knowledge is a plus;
- **Fluency in English and Italian **.
