Team Assistant

Randstad Italia SpA, a leading outsourcing company, is seeking a Team Assistant to join the team of one of our clients - a renowned Chinese multinational telecom company at the forefront of the electronic consumer sector.
Location: Milan Contract: Fixed-term or Staff Leasing contract We are looking for an organized, proactive professional to manage large-scale events, coordinate key meetings, and oversee internal audits.
The ideal candidate will also promote the company's vision through logo design and branded items.
Job Responsibilities: Organize large-scale events, such as workshop and conferences Coordinate routine meetings and track the progress of key tasks to ensure their successful implementation Conduct annual compliance and internal control activities (such as PR and Self-Assessment and Compliance Audits) Design the company's "brand identity" and promote its vision through various means (such as logo design, gifts, clothing, and prizes employees)
