We are looking for a Tax Specialist to join our Group Tax Team at Bolton, based in Milan.
How you make the difference This position is crucial for Bolton as it involves supporting our Group Tax team in a diverse range of domestic and international tax activities while providing essential tax guidance to stakeholders in a truly global environment.
How your agenda looks like: Cooperating for the implementation of group policies and procedures and for the management of group major international tax challenges and tasks.Supporting the group companies in relation to Pillar II, transfer pricing matters, tax audits and other tax activities with cross-border implications or involving different Group business units.Tracking and monitoring tax law development in the Group jurisdictions and assessing the related implications.Cooperating with other departments and teams, such as finance, legal and operations, to ensure alignment and coordination on tax matters.Providing tax assistance in relation to M&A transactions and group reorganization.Liaising with external advisors, tax authorities and auditors on various tax matters.Your team: You will report directly to our Tax Director.
Additionally, you'll collaborate closely with another team member about international tax activities.
What makes you a great fit: Master's degree in Economics.4-5 years of experience in Multinational companies or international tax consulting firms.Fluent in Italian & English, both oral and written (Spanish is a plus).Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.Good communication, problem solving attitude and analytical skills.An open-minded and positive personality and ability to properly manage deadlines.What's in for you: Contract type: Permanent.Working Hours: Full Time.Remote Working: Standard business hours with remote working options available.Curious About Us?
