Wood is currently recruiting a Tax Manager to join our Team in Milan to manage the issue of Commercial Tax advice for the region as provided by the Group Tax policy.
The role involves dealing with cross-border contracts in a complex business, strictly coordinating with other Tax functions involved in the process, and supporting the Tax Director – Europe in all commercial tax matters.
The ideal candidate must be a proven self-starter, comfortable directly liaising at all levels to ensure the business is supported in proposing the most tax-efficient commercial tax structure and ensuring compliance with Transfer Pricing, VAT, and CIT regulations.The role will also include strong support to the Tax Director – Europe with Transfer Pricing compliance for some entities in the region, as well as VAT and CIT compliance for identified entities of the Group.
