As Tax Italia Specialist, you will join the Tax Team and you will manage activities such as:
Manage direct tax for the Italian entitiesContractual Tax AnalysisCollaboration in the determination of Tax CreditAnalysis of subsidiaries within the framework of the regulation on Controlled Foreign companies (CFC)Management of reporting tools: Tax Management Questionnaire and Schedule Task (both Italy and worldwide), Loc. TaxCollaboration with Corporate tax department on M&A tax ManualPORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE Each and every one of us lives, breathes, and shapes the success of the company.
