Tax Accountant

Tax Accountant is responsible for compliance of all tax matter e.g. Value added tax, Withholding tax, Special business tax included Tax coupon etc.
He/she assists the Intercompany and Accounting Manager in the management of all tax concerns included ad hoc assignment.
KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
Comply to local tax regulation, internal control and group guideline,
Ensure accuracy and timely for tax filing of VAT, WHT, SBT etc.,
Prepare payment request and booking entry according to authority table,
Regularly follow up tax invoice and clear suspense of Input Vat,
Keep filing tax invoices, withholding taxes certificate and tax report according to the legislation,
Correctly calculate interest and surcharge if any,
Provide data and supporting document for Tax audit,
Ensure correctness of accounting entry for tax transaction and reconciliation for appropriate outstanding balance,
Set provision for Tax coupon and reconciliation,
Forecast cash inflow/outflow related to tax matter,
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in accounting,
At least 3-year working experience in tax compliance, tax filing and tax accounting,
Good understanding of VAT, WHT and accounting entry including reconciliations,
Good interpersonal skills and a team player,
Strong analytical skills with creative thinking,
Business oriented mind with self-confidence,
Good communication skills with a good command of written and spoken English,
Able to manage multiple tasks at the same time
