TASKSProject managementPlan, organise, follow up, evaluate & report on our learning communities.Put in place specific trainings for your dedicated functionAssess the training results in order to improve the current and next initiativesParticipating in talent side projects where needed, such as global onboardingHR cycle & Stakeholder managementSynchronise constantly with HRBPs tobe informed of the development needs and the team newsShare the latest HR cycle evolution and resultsUpdate HRBPs and teams on the Talent initiativesGet feedbacks from HRBPs on Talent initiativesProvide content and support to Make sure that performance tools are understood and fulfilled in the right way by teams and HR MUST HAVE skillsYour organization enables you to manage several projects simultaneously ;You have a good understanding of HR development & trainingsYou are a good communicator and can create good relationships with your stakeholders across the whole company;You are client-oriented, flexible and willing to find solutions;You have good English skills and feel comfortable when interacting within a multilingual environment.
