Greenhouse will be ideal, but not requiredExperience in a fast growing tech start-up will be idealExperience in various social media and other platforms to attract and engage with talentClose alignment to our company values Writes and speaks fluent EnglishIt's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plusKey responsibilitiesWork highly effectively to ensure Remote’s talent scaling needs are matched, and in particular support Sales & Marketing, Operations and G&A departments hiring needs for 6 months according to Remote’s 2024 hiring planDevelop talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, perform applicants review and shortlistingAlong with the Talent Acquisition team, proactively coordinate with Hiring Managers to determine position requirementsPartner with a TA Manager, and other members of the Hiring team on developing the sourcing strategyAct as a mentor and a subject matter expert for other members of the Talent Acquisition team and Hiring leaders and advise on the best ways of finding and attracting talentContribute to Remote's diversity by intentionally sourcing for under-represented talentIdentify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)Apply creative out-of-the-box sourcing strategies for complex and niche rolesImplement and track conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers and get hired to predict and plan an effective sourcing strategy and monitor successPromote new positions internally and engage current employees to refer talentPromote our employer brand on and offlineContribute to the development of Recruiting, Sourcing, and Recruiting Excellence functions, as well as broader People teamProactively run talent sourcing events and other innovative sourcing initiativesProactively participate in various talent sourcing virtual events to remain at the forefront of sourcing technology, tools, and innovative sourcing ideasPracticalsYou'll report to:Senior Manager, Talent AcquisitionTeam:Talent AcquisitionLocation: Anywhere in the WorldStart date: As soon as possibleRemote Compensation PhilosophyRemote's Total Rewards philosophy is to ensure fair, unbiased compensation and fairequitypayalong with competitive benefits in all locations in which we operate. At Remote we have international operations and a globally distributed workforce.  We use geo ranges to consider geographic pay differentials as part of our global compensation strategy to remain competitive in various markets while we hiring globally.The base salary range for this full-time position is USD 27,700 - USD 77,850. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands.
