Talent Partner (m/f/d) Milan, REMOTE Your start at pplwise In your first two weeks you will have a daily call with your manager and team members to work autonomously according to the pplwise principles, frameworks and methods as quickly as possible and to get to know everyone once. Usually your onboarding will take place partly internally and partly directly at a customer where you will be assigned.
After the first two weeks with our clients, you will have a solid understanding of the vision, strategy and culture, as well as a deep understanding of the business objectives and roles you will be working on. You will also have established a relationship with the hiring managers and team members and have performed and approved a delivery forecast according to our pplwise methodology.
After two weeks you will start delivering your roles, building pipelines and proactively reporting findings to key stakeholders to identify and anticipate any constraints.
