Location(s) Milan '- Lombardia - ItalyWe are recruiting a Talent Manager to join the team located in Milan.
Reporting to the People Director and working in close connection with People business partners and business managers the focus of the role is to deliver recruitment activity to a successful conclusion for all roles up to Senior Manager level and to ensure Learning & Development activities are planned and deployed according to business requirements.
In addition to recruitment, the Talent Manager is also responsible to ensure the localisation & effective delivery of the CBRE Global learning platform, in addition to the local L&D offering, across the GWS organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the Talent Acquisition strategy, acting proactively and assisting HR Business Partners in anticipating the future needs of the organization.
Develop excellent relationships across the wider People team, Hiring Managers and other stakeholders
Keep all stakeholders informed throughout the recruitment process
Responsible for managing vacancies in line with business priorities to satisfactory completion, understanding Business Line requirements to deliver recruitment plans to hire key talent into critical roles
Collect insight in line with the Technical Services market and redesign processes and methodologies to innovate the Talent Acquisition process and ensure that it is always updated and effective.
Coordinate any external partners by maximizing process efficiency and ensuring that the service is provided in compliance with high Quality standards and agreed SLA.
Plan and develop new Employer Branding and Talent Attraction strategies, establishing long-term relationships with University partners and Schools.
Ensures corporate and legal requirements are met as part of their role and champions the Talent Resourcing Principles
Understand and be compliant with latest legislation including GDPR, Data Protection and CBRE policies
Anticipate training and development needs, identify opportunities for continuous performance improvement and learning needs for employees.
Provides guidance to training activities by:
- Ensuring the localization and effective delivery of the CBRE Global Learning Platform across our structure.
- Creating local training programs in line with business requirements (focusing on growth and service levels);
- Coordinate the onboarding processes for newcomers leveraging the network of contract support as a training community to ensure new hires receives all the basic training required in operations.
Manage Learning Preparation, Delivery, Facilitation and Follow-up.
- Learning Analysis and return on investment:
Identify KPIs and monitor effectiveness of delivered training programs and measures success of the program with the business.
- Manage and report on training budgets allocated on Business Units.
- In synergy with the other HR functions and local Business Unit Directors, design solutions and initiatives to support Change Management and the new Company Culture.
Experience Required:
- Recruitment technology - ATS expertise, varied search and sourcing methods, LinkedIn, talent pooling and market mapping;
- A passion for Diversity and Inclusion in all approaches;
- Experienced with learning & development processes;
- Able to work in a large international matrix organisation, prioritising, and effectively communicating with key stakeholders;
- Industry knowledge in CBRE markets would be preferred;
- Higher educational qualifications preferred;
- Networking and relationship management essential;
- Customer focused with ability to build excellent stakeholder relationships in the business and the People team;
- A passion for People processes and service delivery;
- English language - written & spoken to a good professional level is required;
- Thrives on working in a fast moving, creative, flexible environment;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Organised with attention to detail;
- Results focused.
