This position reports to Head of Procurement Operational Excellence Smart Buildings Your role and responsibilities We are hiring our new combined role of Talent Learning Partner and HR Business for Smart Buildings Division.
In this role, you will have responsibility for providing strategic HR leadership and support to the Procurement Operational Excellence division function, as well as leading Talent Learning function for the Division, leading the strategic priorities for people and culture across countries and markets, guiding managers to create an environment that everyone can thrive.
Work model: hybrid #LI-hybrid You will be responsible for: Act as a direct sparring partner for Division Function Management to understand current issues that can be supported or resolved through people and leadership practices.
Counsel, support and challenge business leaders driving the most effective solutions for resolving issues and supporting short, mind and long-term objectives.
Develop and drive the People Strategy in functional level aligned with Division strategic objectives, in collaboration with Business Lines, leading the implementation of initiatives globally.
Deliver and implement Talent Learning strategy in Smart Buildings.
Manage the design for the talent and learning solutions, understanding business needs, and making the connections with relevant content and solutions to meet business short and long term requirements.
Recommend, develop, and assist in the implementation of best-in-class talent and learning solutions linked to the leader role lifecycle.
Able to assess and promote talent pipeline, building and managing world class teams in all Division.
Build and drive a culture of accountability and high performance, supported by strong collaboration, recognition and trust.
Qualifications for the role Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 10+ years of experience in HR Generalist roles Change management experience, with ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders at global level combining a strong customer service focus, intercultural sensitivity, with capacity to constructively challenge, influence and persuade.
Strategic orientation with business acumen to lead and drive organizational value creation through people strategies.
High problem solving skills and solutions oriented approach, as well as strong skills in data analytics for high quality data driven decision-making.
Strong communication skills including fluency in English – both written and verbal.
