What you will do: Your role will be Talent Analytics & Performance Associate Manager You will join the team of People Development & Culture reporting directly to the Head of Talent You will contribute enhancing the people experience within your area of expertise, locally and internationally within Sisal Core to the role will be building our talent analytics and supporting performance management You will have the following responsibilities: Analytics & Insights Management: carry out analysis on performance, talent, learning & development, and career, including DEI segmentations, building a holistic and comprehensive dashboard. Define and implement data-driven processes and formulate strategic insights, interpreting the data, to support implementation of actions / recommendations and decision-making. Set KPIs to monitor people, process & program progress and finetune actioning. Create decks which contain data and insights accessible to all relevant stakeholders. Performance Management: support in coordinating the entire process, as well as annual review management. Particularly focus on training involving our foreign Companies and guaranteeing full process adoption. Contribute sharing / promoting of performance management process consistently and constantly amongst the relevant stakeholders, including our international locations. Furthermore, you will elaborate documents and presentation and provide support to employees, managers, HRBPs and foreign local HRs to facilitate the promotion of global performance. Career Management: support the design of career paths and individual development plans to support people development and growth, and assist in the career and assessment process. HRIS Management: ensure correct alignment between process and system (Workday) and manage all processes related to performance annual review in line with corporate timeline. Recognition Management: define and implement recognition programs based on performance analysis and feedback, using BI dashboards and reports to monitor people engagement and satisfaction. In general, collaborate with HRBPs and People centre of excellence to ensure end to end process management and interdependencies. Who you are: You have at least 4 years of experience working in an HR Department, in particular in the areas of performance and talent management, in structured contexts in consulting or multinational companies. You have a degree in human resources, economics, or business management. You have strong analytical skills, experienced in interpreting data, capturing insights and suggesting potential actions of value, attention to detail. You have good communication skills and a positive attitude towards people, building close relationships and creating a collaborative environment. You can manage priorities and work on projects, leading delivery against roadmap, and work with cross-functional teams. Good project management, planning and execution skills. You have an international mind-set and a willingness to roll-sleeves up and get stuck in. You have excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Office and are familiar with HRIS. A plus is having experience with BI tools. You are highly self-motivated, outcome-focused, collaborative and thrive in a fast-moving multi-faceted and dynamic environment. You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written. French is a plus. You are flexible, determined, proactive and self-organized. You are available for travel. Preferrably, you also have: Knowledge on BI tools.
