What you will do:
Your role will be Talent Analytics & Performance Associate Manager.
You will join the team of People Development & Culture reporting directly to the Head of Talent.
You will contribute to enhancing the people experience within your area of expertise, locally and internationally within Sisal.
Core to the role will be building our talent analytics and supporting performance management.
You will have the following responsibilities:
Analytics & Insights Management: carry out analysis on performance, talent, learning & development, and career, including DEI segmentations. Define and implement data-driven processes and formulate strategic insights to support decision-making. Set KPIs to monitor people, process & program progress.
Performance Management: support in coordinating the entire process, as well as annual review management. Focus on training involving our foreign Companies and ensuring full process adoption.
Career Management: support the design of career paths and individual development plans to assist in the career and assessment process.
HRIS Management: ensure correct alignment between process and system (Workday) and manage all processes related to performance annual review.
Recognition Management: define and implement recognition programs based on performance analysis and feedback.
In general, collaborate with HRBPs and People centre of excellence to ensure end-to-end process management and interdependencies.
Who you are:
You have at least 4 years of experience working in an HR Department, particularly in performance and talent management.
You have a degree in human resources, economics, or business management.
You have strong analytical skills, experienced in interpreting data.
You have good communication skills and a positive attitude towards people.
You can manage priorities and work on projects.
You have good project management, planning, and execution skills.
You have excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Office, and familiarity with HRIS.
You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written.
You are flexible, determined, proactive, and self-organized.
You are available for travel.
Preferably, you also have:
Knowledge of BI tools.
