Role Summary: For one of our clients, we seek a dynamic Talent Advisor (fixed-term contract) to join our team.
You will support Client Partners in identifying and assessing interim managers according to specific project requirements and help the talent community to smooth the staffing process.
Key Responsibilities: Identify prospective candidates (Executive Manager) using a variety of channels and staffing client assignments according to specified project requirements.
Ensure Interim Manager skills, experiences, and personal characteristics match specified requirements.
Check references to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility with the specific client's organizational culture.
Ensure appropriate resume identification codes and ranking.
Support client partners in mustering the Interim Managers required for staffing.
Participate in structuring processes and tools to enhance and leverage talent processes and procedures, helping maintain and improve them over time.
Build and maintain the community of managers and consultants, ensuring that the world-class database is up to date and relevant to core needs as per client assignments.
Participate in presenting interim managers to clients as needed.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience: Master/Bachelor's degree.
At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment activities, i.e., screening and evaluating candidates, preferably in search and selection firms.
Experience and knowledge with sourcing methods and strategies, as well as sourcing tools and platforms (particularly LinkedIn Recruiter).
Experience with Salesforce: Longlist, Shortlisting, sending email templates, and working with Texkernet will be advantageous.
English knowledge, both spoken and written, is a must.
