About the Role As a member of Coesia's Talent Acquisition team, you will take responsibility for recruiting and selecting both junior and senior profiles across various Coesia organizations.
Key responsibilities: Collaborating with HR Business Partners and Line Managers to gather and understand recruitment needs, managing related hiring projects.
Developing sourcing and selection strategies based on the required profiles and identifying and activating the most suitable sourcing channels.
Independently managing the entire recruitment process from the need collection to the identification of the final candidate.
Providing market insights and data to support recruitment decision-making processes.
Ensuring the internal ATS is consistently updated with current recruitment data, in line with group guidelines and GDPR compliance.
What you need to be successful You hold a university degree You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within large industrial companies or international headhunting firms You are curious and passionate You have excellent communication skills and you can interact with stakeholders at different organizational levels You are detail-oriented and committed to delivering tasks accurately and on time You are a team player You are fluent in English and Italian; proficiency in Spanish or French is an advantage.
