**Talent Acquisition Specialist Italy**:
Core Job Responsibilities
- Develop a complete understanding of client/hiring manager business objectives across all Abbott Divisions (Diagnostics, Medical Devices, Nutrition, Pharma)
- Consult with the Business and HR to understand skill requirements, background and experience needed for the individual recruitments and drive the full recruitment process from intake to hire
- Develop comprehensive internal and external recruitment &sourcing strategy and execute it
- Drive operational excellence and compliance and set high sourcing standards. Ensure delivery against key metrics and system accuracy
- Manage and maintain diversity strategy to attract a diverse workforce to the company by hiring talented people of varied backgrounds, experiences and styles
- Share best practices, industry and market intelligence data to Senior Recruiters and client teams. Combine information (talent market trend, threats, opportunity, etc.) to be used for strategic business planning
**Qualifications**:
- University degree or equivalent in Psychologies, Business Administration or comparable
- Native Speaker Italian and excellent English language skills are required
- Strong track record of sourcing and recruiting within a multinational company with matrix organization
- Medical Device / Diagnostics / Pharma Industry knowledge and experience preferred
- Experience with an ATS and an CRM, especially Workday and Phenom strongly preferred
- High detail orientation working in a matrix and structured environment
- Professional, accountable, high energy and collaborative team player
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Competitive drive, strong work ethic, and motivation to learn, grow and succeed
- Ability to build professional relations across all levels of the business, including business acumen with Senior Executives
