Talent Acquisition Specialist (Italy)

All locations could allow hybrid working conditions, depending on location and personal situation.
- Contribute to strategies to improve and renew our international sourcing channels and activities;
- Contribute to business development through talent acquisition for bids and tenders;
- Represent ATG Europe at key European engineering and/or science events;
- Stand in for colleagues in their absence and any other task as assigned by the Talent Acquisition Manager in support of the team and reaching the KPIs.
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting within at least one of the domains of the company (Space, Big Science and IT). Master's degree may be considered in lieu of years of relevant experience;
- Technology savvy and experience in using various recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems and social media;
- Passionate about working in a niche industry and willing to learn every day;
- Commercial and "can do" attitude, flexible and adaptable to change and be able to work under pressure;
- Experience in working with personal data and to keep confidentiality;
- Able to work with positive attitude and in an open communication environment;
- Excellent organizational skills, high level of accuracy and ability to work on multiple recruitment campaigns at the time;
- Excellent attention to details and a high standard in terms of quality of output;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team player;
- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of other languages such as Spanish, German, French, Italian, Dutch is a great asset;
- Eligible to work in the EU or in one of the countries of duty (Italy, Spain, The Netherlands);
- At least a rudimentary sense of humour.
