Job descriptionAs a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will join our Recruitment Department to contribute to strengthening the growth of Amaris Consulting at the international level.
You will oversee handling the recruitment process of candidates from A to Z, providing them an exceptional experience within Amaris Consulting.
You act as a real business partner to find the best candidate for your internal clients.The Talent Acquisition Specialist is lead to:Sourcing and pre-selection interviews through phone calls and references.Understand and challenge new needs; define a proactive Recruitment and Sourcing strategy.Work as a team with your clients, the managers, and other TA teams.Develop a candidate network by spotting expert candidates actively looking on the market today or available soon.Act as a unique qualitative spokesperson to your clients and candidates to deepen relationships with them.Participate in every step of the recruitment process from the need definition to the best candidates' selection.Become a recruitment expert on a specific sector and on different roles and markets.Our ideal candidate:Graduated with a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or similar.Around 1 year of experience in recruitment.Great communication skills, dynamism, creative thinking, and the ability to identify talents.An entrepreneurial spirit and a business development mindset to create and maintain qualitative relationships with your different points of contact.Good command of both Italian and English to communicate efficiently with hiring managers and candidates worldwide.Mastery of generative AI such as ChatGPT or Poe.com is a plus for improving day-to-day productivity.What we offer:Be part of an international, multicultural environment of 11,500 talented people over 60 countries and 5 continents.Fast-growing global company with opportunities to grow quickly with a tailored-made career path.Full access to the Mantu Academy: a Learning Management System with more than 200 training modules.Amaris Consulting is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
