In your role, you will be responsible for: End-to-End Recruitment: As a Recruiting Partner, you will manage recruitment and selection activities, including creating and posting job advertisements, active sourcing, evaluating resumes, conducting initial interviews via phone or video calls, and providing timely feedback to candidates.Project Management: Within our HR team, you are responsible as an expert for all talent acquisition topics and help to take the recruiting team to a new level. You will not only provide operational support, but will also be involved in strategic or process-related projects.Stakeholder Management: You establish yourself as a contact person for our hiring managers, advise them and create a unique recruiting experience for your internal and external stakeholders.Developing HR processes and guidelines to enhance the employee experience.Working in a team: Within our currently 6-strong and growing team, you will report directly to the Head of HR with whom you will implement the topics mentioned.
